On October 19, the "TOP Employer DONAURIES" label was awarded by the DONAURIES business development association. 32 companies and institutions from the region received their award this year in the Stadtsaal Klösterle in Nördlingen. This includes SPN, which is receiving this honor for the third time.
But what does it all come down to?
The corporate culture - that's what the "TOP Employer DONAURIES" quality seal has been focusing on since 2016. Criteria such as social commitment, employee orientation, family-friendliness, but also aspects such as health and environmental awareness must be met in order to receive the award.
As a "former company" that has been involved since zero hour, so to speak, we too must of course provide the relevant evidence and meet the prescribed criteria. So there was nothing standing in the way of re-certification.
Larissa Mattmann (Personnel Officer) and Georg Jaumann (Managing Director) accepted the award on behalf of SPN.
We are pleased to be able to advertise with this logo again to show the public that we are making our contribution in terms of environmental protection, employee orientation and social commitment.
