From September 2018 onwards, SPN Schwaben Präzision Fritz Hopf GmbH will train a new vocational training. All in all , around 30 young people are doing technical and commercial trainings at SPN.
Almost no other company can show a training rate of 10 %. SPN Schwaben Präzision is proud of this can has been training young women and men for decades for their own manpower requirements.
From September 2018 onwards, the machine builder based in Nördlingen will train the vocations industrial mechanic, mechatronic technician, warehouse logistics specialist, industrial clerk and now also cutting machine operator. For the basics of our technical training, we offer our apprentices a training workshop with modern machines, devices and e learning programmes. Two training supervisors support our apprentices during the different training projects and impart theoretical basics in the company lessons. A cutting machine operator should have a good secondary school certificate or a higher school education. It is also an advantage, if the people who would like to do this training as cutting machine operator, are keen on handling technical issues and have a good spatial imagination and mathematical understanding. The training lasts 3.5 years. After the completion of the training, there are several options for further training.
