Traditionally, the annual jubilee ceremony took place at the 2ND Home Hotel in Nördlingen on September 16, 2022. The 10-, 25-, 40- and 45-year service anniversaries of a total of 11 employees were celebrated.
In a relaxed atmosphere, Rainer Hertle (Technical Managing Director) thanked the employees with 25 years of service for their many years of support: Stefan Ohmüller, Torsten Weiß and Matthias Uwira. Subsequently, Production Manager Alexander Deffner congratulated the persons for even longer company loyalty. Among them was Marianne Eberle, the only woman to have been with SPN for 40 years. Peter Kuhberger, Michael Ohmüller and Erich Ratka have already been with the company for 45 years.
"We greatly appreciate the long-standing loyalty of our workforce, as it is not a matter of course in this day and age for employees to work for one and the same employer for their entire lives. As a medium-sized company with a long tradition, we are a reliable employer for many people here in the region," said Georg Jaumann, commercial director.
Furthermore, Jan Ehinger, Adrian Greiner, Florian Seiler and Dagmar Tegeler were honored for 10 years of service. In addition, Georg Jaumann was able to congratulate his managing director colleague Rainer Hertle, who also completed his 10-year company anniversary.
Finally, Friedrich Deffner (Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Board) also addressed sincere words to the Technical Managing Director and thanked him for his commitment around SPN and the always trustful, constructive cooperation.
