On 12.06.2024, SPN invited its former employees to a tour of the company. Managing Directors Rainer Hertle and Georg Jaumann warmly welcomed the retirees and began the event with a presentation on the current facts, the business situation and the expansion of SPN.
Rainer Hertle emphasized that SPN Schwaben Präzision can show solid figures despite the economic challenges of the current year and continues to invest in the future in the form of machinery investments and construction measures. He informed the 54 pensioners about the latest projects and innovations that the company is driving forward in order to remain competitive in an increasingly tough international market. He also emphasized the important role played by former employees, who laid the foundations for today's success.
The presentation was followed by a detailed tour of the company by Commercial Director Georg Jaumann and Production Manager Alexander Deffner, during which the guests had the opportunity to view the current production facilities and the progress of construction work. They were able to gain an insight into the modern work processes and technologies that have been introduced since their retirement. Many of the former employees were impressed by the progress and developments.
The evening ended with a cozy snack, where the pensioners had the opportunity to talk to each other and relive old memories. Numerous stories and experiences were shared in a relaxed atmosphere.
