Three and a half years ago, seven young trainees started their vocational training at SPN Schwaben Präzision. Now they have received their certificates. Sven Elz, Lisa Leberle, Jonas Meyer and Lucas Steib have successfully completed their training as industrial mechanics. Eddie Fischer, Stefan Lechner and Simon Mailänder have also completed their training as cutting machine operators.

On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, the management - Mr. Georg Jaumann and Mr. Rainer Hertle - were able to congratulate the seven graduates on their completion and hand out the certificates. The commercial managing director Mr. Jaumann praised the trained specialists and emphasized how proud he was to be able to build on his own junior staff, because all of them found employment in the various process chains of SPN.

Sven Elz, Stefan Lechner and Simon Mailänder will provide major support to the soft process chain in the future. They manufacture cross-sector workpieces and are responsible for setting up and running in the machine. Stefan Lechner and Simon Mailänder operate the Spinner TC800 CNC lathe as well as the DMG CTX800. Sven Elz works on the CNC hobbing machine Mikron A35 and Richardon R300.

Jonas Meyer now complements the team in the finishing process chain. There, he removes the protruding burr on production workpieces at the whirl grinding machine. He is also responsible for controlling the Hösel cleaning system.

With Eddie Fischer and Lucas Steib, the housing and rack manufacturing process chain has welcomed two new specialists. Eddie Fischer finds his place at the STAMA machine (MC540), where he mills and drills racks. Lucas Steib machines housings on the HELLER MC16i and uses the leak test computer to check whether the housings meet the requirements and are leak-proof.

Lisa Leberle has been transferred to the process chain soft small department. She is assigned to the Gleason P60 and P90 machine types, here she sets up the machines and monitors the production of the parts to be manufactured. Lisa achieved a particularly commendable degree, which was recognized with the Grenzebach Technician Award at the Donauwörth Vocational School. This year, the prize went to two students at the same time (Lisa Leberle, SPN company & Johannes Beck, Märker company), which honors outstanding performance in the final report. According to Peter Laube, staff member of the school management, the two are at the same time best in school, best in their profession and also state prize winners. Both students received their awards with visible joy in the presence of their two instructors.

We congratulate all of them on passing their final exams and wish them all the best for the future!
