SPN honors longstanding employees

After a year's break due to corona, SPN Schwaben Präzision traditionally met for the jubilee ceremony at the 2ND Home Hotel in Nördlingen. Since the honors were suspended in 2020, this year the management was able to congratulate a total of 34 long-standing employees on 10, 25, 40 or 45 years of service.

In a relaxed atmosphere and in sunny weather, Production Manager Alexander Deffner first honored the employees who had been with the company for ten years: Janos Steib (2020), Fabian Lämmer (2021), Oliver Mebert (2021), Ulrich Wolf (2021), Anita Schied (2021), Heiko Heinze (2021), Jessica Wiedenmann (2021), Matthias Möhringer (2021) and Tobias Ratka (2021). Afterwards, the commercial director Georg Jaumann honored the "twenty-five year olds" and presented the certificates to Jürgen Sieber (2020), Gerhard Wagner (2020), Gerhard Ruf (2020), Jochen Jungwirth (2020) Simone Reiber (2020), Markus Kimmel (2020), Thilo Schneider (2020), Iris Renz (2021), Wilhelm Seifert (2021), Stefan Brendle (2021) and Martin Thomer (2021). The highlight of the evening was the honors for even longer company loyalty, which were taken over by the technical managing director Rainer Hertle. Johann Hertle (2020), Wolfgang Beck (2020), Anton Lösch (2020), Karl-Heinz Barth (2021), Thomas Gebert (2021), Eduard Bawey (2021), Roland Eberhardt (2021), Gerda Hiesinger (2021), Karl Bissinger (2021) and Martin Strasser (2021) have already been with the company for 40 years. And it's already 45 years for Gerhardt Meyer (2020), Klaus Niederhuber (2021), Hubert Wecker (2021) and Johann Niemeier (2021).

"We greatly appreciate the long-standing loyalty of our workforce. As it is no longer a matter of course in today's world that employees work for one and the same employer for their entire lives," said Georg Jaumann.
