A SUCCESSFUL TRAINING. THIS IS THE DRIVE OF SPN. Marco Schäble finishes training as mechatronic technician

On 1 August 2017, the internal certificate presentation took place at SPN. The management, representatives of the works council and the training supervisors congratulated the new mechatronic technician Marco Schäble. Marco started his training in September 2014 and could shorten the training period from 3,5 to 3 years thanks to his school education and his good performance. The main topics of Marco´s training were, for example, the maintenance of the machines as well as the draft and the construction of system work stations in the assembly department. However, he had started his training, like all the other industrial trainees, in the training workshop, where he had received the basic training in the first few months. In the future, Marco will be responsible for the maintenance of the machines. His supervisor is Stefan Ohmüller, responsible for the production technology. The management and the supervisors are really happy about Marco´s excellent performance. He could finish this training with the best mark. Furthermore, he was awarded by the Regierung von Schwaben for his excellent graduation of the vocational college – average mark 1,2. “SPN has the clear target to cover their own demand of skilled workers by training mechatronic technicians. Therefore, our trainees receive a permanent work contract after their training if there is a corresponding demand. We are really proud of this as this is not self-evident nowadays,” Georg Jaumann, Commerical Managing Director at SPN, said. We congratulate Marco Schäble on the successful finishing of his training and wish him all the best for the future at SPN!
