On October 24, 2025, SPN’s traditional long-service recognition ceremony took place at the festively decorated Schlössle in Nördlingen. In this dignified setting, numerous colleagues were honored for their many years of service. As is the case every year, the focus was on employees with 10, 25, 40, and 45 years of service.
The ceremony began with honors for employees who, with 10 years of service, have already contributed a decade to SPN’s development. With their fresh perspective and continuous professional growth, they represent the future of the company. Jana Baumann, Stefan Groß, and Eric Richard started in 2015, having begun their apprenticeships in various departments on September 1. Andreas Bäurle, Robin Groß, Marco Schäble, and Jürgen Schneller round out this year’s group of 10-year anniversary honorees.
Jürgen Elz, Dieter Jaumann, Markus Leix, Andreas Löhmann, Tobias Reicherzer, and Johannes Schormüller were honored for 25 years of dedication, loyalty, and valuable contributions in their respective areas of responsibility.
The achievements of the employees who have been with the company for 40 years are particularly outstanding. Claudia Loske, Doris Niederhuber, Markus Lechner, and Siegfried Steinmeier were recognized for their long-standing loyalty and extensive expertise, which contribute significantly to SPN’s success.
Rainer Hertle paid special tribute to his colleague Anton Lösch, who has been with SPN for 45 years. His extraordinary dedication, in-depth expertise, and tireless commitment in his role as sales manager were once again impressively highlighted.
In their speeches, both Technical Managing Director Rainer Hertle and Commercial Managing Director Georg Jaumann emphasized the importance of loyalty, commitment, and team spirit for the company’s long-term development. They noted that the honorees exemplify reliability, professional competence, and the company’s values in action.
The evening concluded with a shared meal and lively conversations in a pleasant atmosphere—a fitting setting to honor the long-standing loyalty and dedication of the honorees.
