For over 100 years, SPN has stood for technological excellence and a strong sense of community. With approximately 300 employees across some 40 professional fields, we combine innovative precision engineering with a corporate culture focused on trust, development, and community.
Apprenticeships with Prospects
Our two full-time instructors, a modern training workshop, and digital learning platforms create optimal conditions for the next generation. In addition to individual support, exam preparation, and training mentors, apprentices benefit from projects with universities and regional partner companies. Dual degree programs in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and systems engineering also make starting a career at SPN particularly attractive.
Family-Friendliness in Everyday Life
Flexible work hours, remote work options, and an open culture regarding parental leave demonstrate that family-friendliness is a way of life at SPN. Through events such as SPN Children’s Day or gatherings with former colleagues, we strengthen our sense of community beyond the workday.
Sustainability with Impact
Our large photovoltaic system generates approximately 580 MWh of electricity annually—of which we consume up to 91 percent ourselves. Thirteen company-owned charging stations for electric vehicles are available to employees free of charge. As a member of the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact, an EMAS-certified company, and a founding member of the “Climate Protection” network, we are committed to a sustainable future.
