Besides the rollout of muc019, SPN also took part in the Prime Fair, a job fair for sutdents, being a premium sponsor of the TuFast Eco Team, in Munich in April. The drive specialist based in Nördlingen supports the Munich team with the design, calculation, production and assembly of the complete drive train of the vehicle already for the 4th time. The extremely compact drive consists of a planetary geabox integrated in the motor housing and a coupling. With the coupling, the drive can be decoupled completely from the drive in oder to minimize any loss during the rolling of the vehicle. When dimensioning the gearbox, it was paid special attention to achieving the best efficiency and an extremely compact design.
Revelation of vecicle 2019 – Rollout on 10.04.2019
Muc019 is the name of the urban concept e-car which the members of the Tufast Eco team at the TU Munich have developed, designed and built in autonomously. The target: the best efficiency and energy economy. A project into which a lot of blood, sweat and tears, ambition and many hours of work of the studetns have been invested. In the evening of the rollout, it was presented for the first time to the supporters and friends of the association. Greetings, credits, technical data, teasers about how the car could look like and finally was the muc019 releavled. Applause and enthusiasm spread among the guests and the team is satisfied and proud of what they have achieved together. SPN thanks for the great cooperation and wishes the Tufast Eco Team 2019 lots of success for the upcoming competitions.
SPN on Prime Fair in Munich
On 29 April SPN Schwaben Präzision took part in the job fair „Prime Fair“ for premium sponsors of the TuFast Eco and Racing team, as last year. For our deputy training supervisor Sascha Nebrich and dual student Felix Meißner, this was an exciting day. The demand for an internship at SPN was again quite high this year.
