The presentation of certificates is an important milestone in the life of trainees.
After many months of hard work and intensive learning, our young professionals finally received their final certificates on Thursday, March 23, 2023. We congratulate Leoni Lange (industrial clerk), Julian Bruckdorfer (cutting machine operator), Dominik Bartos (cutting machine operator), Marcel Ott (industrial mechanic), Sebastian Deffner (industrial mechanic) and David König (industrial mechanic) on passing their training.
Now a new step begins in the career of our prospective skilled workers, who will be employed in a wide variety of departments at SPN.
Leoni Lange supports our production planning. Here she manages her own supplier base. The inquiry, quotation and purchasing process is part of her daily business.
Dominik Bartos and Sebastian Deffner are deployed in the Weich Groß process chain on CNC lathes, which they set up independently, run in the program and process the order including any tool corrections independently.
Sebastian, who also received a bonus for special academic achievement, wants to expand his knowledge even further and will be going to the Fritz Hopf technical school when school starts again in September. Nevertheless, we are pleased to be able to continue employing him as a 520€ employee.
Dominik is also expanding his skills in the area of machine operation. He will be trained on the new EMAG VLC-200 vertical lathe, of which we will receive a second one in May.
The soft small process chain is also being strengthened. Julian Bruckdorfer will be employed in the area of turning and milling centers for the complete machining of components. And with Marcel Ott, we have reinforcements in the area of gear cutting and gear hobbing.
David König will be deployed in the process chain for individual parts. He independently sets the appropriate programs and setup sheets on the CTX400 lathe. His tasks include small batches, sample production and tooling. Professional competence, flexibility and independent work are required here.
