Last hours at the SPS IPC Drives fair in Nuremberg

On 122,200 m2 surface, around 1,600 exhibitors from the automation sector meet at the SPS IPC Drives every year. Last year, around 63,000 visitors had been in the 11 halls. In 2017, the fair seems to have at least just as many visitors. SPN´s Head of Sales, Anton Lösch, is positive: “In 2017, we are really satisfied with the number of visitors. Until now, we have led long and intense discussions with current clients and new clients. We could make several interesting contacts. The SPS IPC Drives is the leading fair also for us in the drive technology sector, with more and more internationality.” SPN has shown in Nuremberg what is its strength: custom-made drive solutions. By means of several concrete application samples, like the integration of a motor with a flange gearbox of type RC45 or an application with a very compact, modified spur planetary gearbox, the main competences of SPN were demonstrated. On Wednesday, Rainer Hertle (Technical Managing Director) received some representatives of the trade press in order to inform about news and to give an outlook on 2018. “We are satisfied with the SPS 2017 and hope that there will be some interesting new projects based on our leads,” Mr Hertle said. “Furthermore, we could arrange a wide cooperation with our US American partner and successfully get off the ground.”
